Where We Provide Drafting Services
Drafting doesn't require a local office. It requires a drafter who understands your local code, your local permitting office, and your local building conditions. That's what Apex Drafting Services builds around: a fully remote CADD and architectural drafting team that can take on a project in Houston on Monday and one in Rochester on Tuesday without either client getting a diluted version of the service.
A Remote Drafting Team, Working Wherever the Project Is
Every set of plans we produce, custom house plans, ADU layouts, addition drawings, permit-ready sets, moves through the same process no matter what city it's headed to: intake, drafting, revisions, and delivery, all handled digitally. There's no drafting table in a back office that has to be scheduled around, and no single point of failure tied to one local firm's calendar. That structure is what lets us take on work in multiple states at once and still give each market direct attention to its own codes and permitting quirks.
Today that focus is concentrated in four states: Texas, Florida, New York, and California. Each has its own mix of building departments, energy codes, and in some cases statewide ADU legislation, so we've built out dedicated pages for the metro markets we're actively serving inside them. Local Rules Are Not Interchangeable
One honest note before you click through: ADU law, setback rules, and permitting workflows are not the same from state to state, and often not even from city to city within the same state. What flies in unincorporated county jurisdiction can get rejected outright by a city building department twenty miles away. We don't treat that as a footnote. Each service-area page above covers the specifics that actually apply in that market, so what you're reading is relevant to where you're building, not a generic national overview.
