Apex Drafting Services (legal name Apex Drafting LLC) is a young company. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and we are not going to invent a founding story that stretches back decades. What we bring instead is a clear model: a fully remote drafting operation built from the ground up around modern workflow and clean process, not a legacy office with legacy overhead.

Going remote from the start was a deliberate choice. It means no wasted cost on a physical storefront, no geographic ceiling on who we can serve, and a leaner path from your first call to a permit-ready set in hand. Every dollar and every hour goes toward the drawings, not the building they get drawn in.

Consult. We start with a conversation about your project, your site, and what you need drawn, whether that is custom house plans or an ADU tucked into an existing lot.
Draft to local code and permit requirements. Every set is drafted with your local jurisdiction's code and permitting expectations in mind, using professional CAD software to keep drawings precise and consistent.
Revise. A set number of revisions is included with every project and confirmed up front at quote, so there are no surprises about what is covered.
